Hi, I recently removed a WD external hard drive from its enclosure and placed it inside my PC. After booting up, the hard drive now shows to be Unallocated I downloaded AOMEI Partition bumistant and ran a Check Bad Sector, the drive is completely healthy, no bad sectors appear. I am now running Minitool's Partition Wizard and using the Partition Recovery Wizard. I won't know anymore until that completes. But, is there anything else I can do in the mean time? Also, does anyone have any insight on why this occurred? I have seen multiple occurrences of this happening after searching around. I was very gentle with the drive, and it was never mishandled. Did it occur solely because of the IO changeover? Please Help. Thanks! for more you can check: References: www.techrepublic.com/forums/Corporate Advertising
